Using Zoom.us our trainers are equipped to lead you through a workout from the safety of your own home, backyard, or balcony (speaking of balconies, fun video here). Virtual training isn’t bound by our Castle gym walls or even city limits, and thus it opens a whole new way to stay on track – even when a pandemic tries to get in the way.
HOW TO GET STARTED ON VIRTUAL TRAINING
STEP 1: Connect with your trainer! If you don’t have a trainer yet, click on our team headshots to view their bios and connect with them, or tell us more about yourself and your goals in the form here. A Castle Hill Fitness staff person will reach out to you to set you up!
STEP 2: Get set up on Zoom! Download Zoom to your desktop and/or mobile phone. The basic account is free. Your trainer will send you a “meeting” link for your training session. Watch this quick video on how to join the meeting.
Written Workouts
If you’re not into virtual, but still ready to get after a workout that is designed and programmed just for you then we have written workouts. Our trainers are ready to provide a workout that has your goals, limitations, and at-home equipment in mind (not sure what home equipment to buy? Check this post out!). Make sure to tag #socialdistancefitness and @chfitness on Instagram – we’d love to see how you stay active!
Our trainers will take time to produce a written workout complete with exercises, repetition prescriptions, and video links of demos. Keep in mind, written workouts do take time to create. Questions? Just reach out to our trainers!

DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER OF CASTLE HILL TO DO PERSONAL SERVICES?
No. All of our services are available a la carte - no membership required. Members do receive a discount on personal services so depending on the frequency you get services it might be a cost-effective option!
WHAT DO THE DIFFERENT TRAINING CATEGORIES - ELITE, MASTER, CERTIFIED MEAN?
The different training categories distinguish those personal trainers by expertise, education, and a number of other expectations set by the company. Trainers in an Elite tier have met more of these requirements than Masters, Masters more than Certified. However, all of our personal trainers are career professionals who consistently go above the industry standard in terms of longevity, education, and field experience. All of the Castle Hill Fitness trainers hold current certifications no matter the tier of training.

A Castle Hill Fitness team member will reach out to you in 24 hours via email or phone. They will assist you in connecting you with the best-fit trainer and scheduling your first appointment.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
We observe a 24-hour cancellation policy on all personal services. Late cancellation fees are equal to the booked service.
HOW DO I CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT?
You can cancel your appointment online up to 24 hours in advance. If you have had an emergency and it's under 24 hours before your appointment time, please contact your trainer directly to discuss options.
