Robert Reed is a life long athlete having both collegiate and professional careers in football. As a four year letterman and three year starter for the UT Longhorns, Robert has the knowledge and know-how to train clients for sports specific conditioning. In addition to being a Founding staff at Castle Hill, Robert is a 5th generation, 5th degree black belt in Kajukenbo and 2nd degree black belt in American Kenpo.
Robert's classes are as entertaining as they are difficult. He will push you beyond your limits, but it's also his charm that keeps his devoted clients coming back.

Room: Outdoor Studio
Your safe space to let go of it all! A creative combo class mixing martial arts, boxing, weights, and cardio moves in our Outdoor Studio. Leave the stress and frustration in a pile of sweat on your mat.
Plan to bring: mat and water bottle
Outdoor pod classes are small group workouts that allow us to sweat alongside others but in a physically distant way. Each outdoor class is limited to 9 people with plenty of room to work out. We are going to try our best to anticipate the weather, but, remember, this is Texas Y'all!

Inclement weather policy: classes will not meet if the rain chance is 70% and/or if the temperature is under 50 degrees. Any class cancelled due to weather will be refunded. You will be notified the night before.

Members can sign-up 6 days in advance, and cancel up to 4 hours before class start time. Masks and temperature checks are required.

VIRTUAL! Variety Show using Full body, creative workouts with Robert are here! Robert pulls from his experience in athletics and martial arts to give you a variety show that keeps you AND your body guessing. Expect a fast-paced, work-hard session for 55 minutes. Please no injuries. Levels 2-3.
Recommended props: 
- light to medium resistance bands
- loop band
- set of light/med dumbbells
- mat, towel, and water bottle

For the best experience make sure you have:

-strong internet connection with computer video
-mute yourself when joining the class
-set to speaker view, not gallery view
-mat, towel, and water bottle nearby

Sign-up ends 30-minutes prior to class start time. An email with the class meeting link will be sent 15-minutes before class start time.
