Will Ross has dedicated his life to fun and fitness, most notably in a 30+ year career as a cyclist and coach in Austin, TX. His first industry-related trade was massage therapy, and graduated from the Lauterstein-Conway Massage School, which led him to the fitness industry. In 2002, he went on to become an ISSA-certified Personal Trainer. Will is an avid, competitive cyclist at the highest ranking Category One, and in 2021, ranked in the Top 10 National in the Elite Category and Number 1 in the Master 40+ Category.

Will's training style is to take a conservative approach until knowledge and trust are mutually established. As a lifelong athlete, he encourages clients to participate in and train for sports because if it's fun, it's never an obligation. But sport or no sport, with Will, training is core-based, fun, and creative, with safety at the root.

For Will, cycling takes priority, but he also enjoys weightlifting, ping-pong, kickball, soccer, paddle boarding, fishing, and snowboarding. He loves to cook, play with his kids, and travel. As an extreme weather buff and tornado chaser wannabe, if you want to know anything about today's weather, just ask Will!
