George has been passionate about health and fitness for much of his life. He has a successful history of competitive Body Building, Weightlifting, Strength Training and Power Lifting. George is a founding member of Castle Hill Fitness and known for his functional and focused style of training and has experience with injuries. He is absolutely committed to assisting his clients achieve their health & fitness goals. And you don’t have to want to be a bulky body builder to train with him!
