Tara has an extensive background in the health and fitness industry, with over sixteen years working as a personal trainer. Due to her education, experience, and dedication to acquiring new skills, she is qualified to serve a wide range of clients, and enjoys the diversity of working with people with different goals and backgrounds. Her personal pursuits are as varied as the clients she works with, including sprint distance triathlons, Tae-kwon-do (she’s a red-belt), running half marathons, and mastering Indian clubs. When she is not working, she spends her time traveling and exploring the world. Above all, she is passionate about helping her clients meet their goals and find the joy and satisfaction that comes along with their success.

VIRTUAL! LIT Up using zoom.us. An energizing class designed to give you the intensity you are looking for without the impact (no running or jumping)! Build lean muscle while boosting your metabolism. Recommended equipment includes dumbbells, resistance bands, or loop band, but not required.

For the best experience make sure you have:

  • strong internet connection with computer video
  • mute yourself when joining the class
  • set to speaker view, not gallery view
  • mat, towel, and water bottle nearby

All the intensity without the impact (no running or jumping)! This 45 minute full body circuit training class will focus on heart pumping cardio and effective toning exercises that won’t pound your joints. Equipment used will be resistance bands, mini bands, and dumbbells.
 
Plan to bring: mat and water bottle

Outdoor pod classes are small group workouts that allow us to sweat alongside others but in a physically distant way. Each outdoor class is limited to 9 people with plenty of room to work out. We are going to try our best to anticipate the weather, but, remember, this is Texas Y'all!

Inclement weather policy: classes will not meet if the rain chance is 70%. Any class cancelled due to weather will be refunded. You will be notified the night before.

Members can sign-up 6 days in advance, and cancel up to 4 hours before class start time. Masks and temperature checks are required.
