A former corporate recruiter, Danny fell in love with fitness after a painful patella dislocation injury in 2009. As part of his rehab process, he did physical therapy that incorporated Crossfit-style movements to build strength and flexibility. After seeing how well strength training assisted his own recovery, Danny earned his personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine in 2016 and committed himself full-time to supporting others’ journeys to health and wellness.
Danny enjoys working with all populations, especially people who are new to strength training or getting back into the swing of things after an absence. You can expect training sessions with Danny to be educational and fun, with a focus on proper form - you'll also get workouts you can take home!

TRX meets Mat Pilates! This full-body workout combines the principles of Pilates, focusing on core engagement and precise movements, with the suspension training challenges of the TRX system. Build strength, stability, flexibility, and balance by cycling through different exercises on the TRX, while maintaining Pilates-like alignment and controlled breathing throughout changing circuits.   Members can sign-up 6 days in advance and cancel up to 4 hours before class start time.
