The Castle Hill Fitness Health Coach Department is here to provide knowledge of all aspects of healthy living in a way that is non-judgmental and tailored to the individual needs of the client. The Castle Hill Fitness Health Coaches will provide the tools to break through the confusion that health is not just about a diet and exercise but about implementing routines to help individuals excel in their lives.

Whether you seek help with weight management, improved athletic performance, or simply finding balance in a hectic schedule here in Austin, Texas, our certified Health Coaches can assist you to take charge of your health this year.

WHAT IS HEALTH COACHING?

Institute for Integrative Nutrition defines a health coach as “A wellness authority and supportive mentor who motivates individuals to cultivate positive health choices. Health coaches educate and support clients to achieve their health goals through lifestyle and behavior adjustments”

A health coach is a person educated in nutrition, health and wellness, mentoring, and behavioral studies. They can serve as a mentor or advocate to help guide individuals to make positive changes in lifestyle to improve health. They can provide accountability, direction, and support to help clients stop struggling and start succeeding.

Creating lifestyle changes can take time. We recommend investing in at 3 months of regular meetings with a health coach. An introductory package includes two 60-minute sessions to get you started.
LIMIT 1 PER CLIENT
Meet with a health coach for 3-months every other week. Meet with a health coach every week for 3-months. Great for check-ins after the completion of a 3-month program.

NUTRITION-CENTERED SESSIONS

Adopt a healthy lifestyle with a custom-fit action plan! Nutrition sessions are personalized, one-on-one sessions that will help you meet your goals. HOW IS A NUTRITION SESSION WITH A TRAINER DIFFERENT THAN A HEALTH COACHING SESSION?

A nutrition session focuses purely on your personal relationship with food. Personal trainers with additional nutrition credentials are not nutritionists, but they have achieved continuing nutrition education. A Health Coach is often a personal trainer, but they have completed a health coach certification program. This includes other aspects like behavioral studies and mentoring in addition to nutrition.
