Jill Tyson

Jill's passion for fitness began after the birth of her second child, when she hired a trainer to lose the last of the baby weight. What started as a commitment to three days a week in the gym quickly became a lifestyle shift. Along the way, she discovered an inner athlete she didn't know existed—progressing from 5ks to 10ks, and eventually marathons.
Now a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, Jill specializes in progressive strength training, endurance development, and corrective exercise. She believes training should not only improve performance, but also support longevity—building strength, resilience, and confidence that carry into everyday life.
Jill enjoys working with motivated clients at all stages of their fitness journey. She is passionate about helping clients redefine what's possible for themselves through thoughtful, strategic, and encouraging coaching that supports sustainable progress and long-term health.
Outside of the gym, Jill enjoys acting and music, road trips with her boyfriend Estaban and their two dogs, and loves spending time with her two kids. She believes staying active and connected to the activities and people you love is just as important as the training itself.
