Learn the disciplines of several martial art forms with our Boxing and Martial Arts teachers. At Castle Hill Fitness, we have instructors trained in Boxing, Kickboxing, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Kajukenbo. We also offer self-defense lessons for individuals or small groups.

Here’s your chance to release the pressure valve AND burn major calories in a full-body workout. Our Castle Hill Fitness boxing coaches, Caleb and Thomas, will coach you on proper technique. Get ready to develop your inner badass!


Kajukenbo is a blend of five martial art forms: Karate, Judo and Jiu-Jitsu, Kenpo, and Boxing. The art began in Hawaii in 1947. Robert Reed is a 5th generation, 5th-degree black belt in Kajukenbo.


Our Castle Hill Fitness Self Defense instructors give you an opportunity to learn the skills to help defend yourself against an assault. We offer private self-defense lessons, small group self-defense lessons, and public workshops on self-defense for all genders. In a self-defense lesson you can expect partner work and close personal contact to simulate real-life situations, but all participants are responsible and supported in setting their own limits and level of comfort.


Often referred to as meditation in motion, the practice of Tai Chi Chuan balances the “great polarity” otherwise known as yin & yang. These opposing forces are in constant flux in nature as well as our bodies, and Tai Chi Chuan teaches us how to live in harmony with these forces. The benefits of consistent practice are vast, but students will improve balance, increase flexibility, tone muscles, and boost immunity. Tai Chi has been proven to sharpen focus, reduce stress, improve coordination, store up energy, and reduce the risk of falls. Tai Chi is a form of movement that is wonderful for all ages, levels, and abilities and our Tai Chi teacher, Jeff Bowman.
