Alex was introduced to weight training at the age of 15 and started powerlifting in high school. While completing his bachelor's degree at the University of Texas, he discovered the importance of conditioning, flexibility and nutrition, and decided to help others. For the past 12 years Alex has worked with adults and children of all ages and his training philosophy has progressed through various modalities tuned to individual needs.
Alex's passions include riding bikes, playing music, hiking, practicing yoga, programming, and teaching. When you train with Alex you will focus on strength, balance, and corrective exercises to reach your goals!
