Heather Quiring

Movement is imperative to our survival - Heather wants to help others move so their quality of life is the best it can be! Her goal is for each client to feel better physically, happier, and brighter. She offers a balanced, fun, and challenging mind-body workout, tailoring each session to your needs based on daily and long-term goals. When you work with Heather, you'll experience the impact of a Pilates practice on your day-to-day activities, and leave each session with improved body awareness, mobility, strength, and confidence.
Heather's love of movement began at an early age when she started ballet, jazz, and modern dance classes. Her mom made her... but she realized becoming a professional dancer is what she wanted to do with her life! Heather discovered the benefits of Pilates when she began practicing following an injury. Her body never felt so good! She went on to receive her Pilates certification in 2008, after a comprehensive, years-long training.
Heather loves all animals and has always had dachshunds. If you work with Heather, she wants to hear all about your pets - it's a requirement!
