Fitness Instructor

Castle Hill Fitness is hiring experienced, high-energy fitness instructors to join our team. Weekend availability is required.

About the Role

We’re looking for instructors who can lead engaging, high-intensity classes across formats like spin, barre, boot camp, HIIT, strength, and cardio.

At Castle Hill, we don’t expect you to fit into a rigid format. We value instructors who bring a clear point of view, strong programming, and the ability to create a class people come back to.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead safe, effective, and engaging group fitness classes
  • Design thoughtful programming using a variety of equipment and formats
  • Build and retain a consistent class following
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and professional gym environment
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of trainers, instructors, and wellness providers

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience teaching high-intensity group fitness classes
  • Confidence working with a wide range of equipment and props
  • Strong class management skills and presence in the room
  • A track record of building attendance and client relationships
  • A body-positive, client-centered approach to fitness
  • Availability to sub and teach across mornings, mid-day, evenings, and weekends

Castle Hill Fitness & Spa is seeking an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist with a strong therapeutic skill set and a clinical approach to bodywork. 

We are looking for a practitioner who can do more than provide a good massage. Our ideal candidate is skilled at assessment, understands how to work with pain patterns and movement limitations, and can tailor sessions to support recovery, function, and long-term client progress. This person should be confident working with clients seeking relief from chronic tension, injury patterns, overuse, stress-related holding, and general musculoskeletal discomfort. 

This role is suited for a therapist with extensive professional experience, strong hands-on skills, and a clear commitment to high-quality care. 

What we’re looking for: 

  • Current Texas Massage Therapy License 
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a massage therapist 
  • Strong background in therapeutic massage and treatment-based bodywork 
  • Ability to assess client presentation and create individualized sessions based on need 
  • Experience working with clients dealing with pain, restriction, stress patterns, and recovery needs 
  • Reliable, grounded, and capable of building long-term client trust 
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative wellness team 
  • Some evening and weekend availability 

                Especially valuable: 

                • Advanced training in modalities such as myofascial therapy, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point work, sports massage, lymphatic techniques, Structural Integration or Rolfing and/or other clinically useful specialties 
                • Experience supporting active clients, injured clients, and clients seeking ongoing therapeutic care 
                • Comfort communicating clearly about treatment goals, session focus, and realistic outcomes 
                • Experience in a multidisciplinary or wellness-based setting

                    We are currently hiring a part-time personal trainer, with potential to quickly become full-time. Please note, the hours we are hiring for are: early morning, evenings and weekends.

                    What You’ll Do

                    • Provide personal training services, including fitness programs, exercise techniques, cardiovascular, and strength training. 
                    • Design tailored programs to help clients build muscle, enhance strength, and improve athletic performance.
                    • Meet with clients to assess their fitness goals, medical history, and current performance level. Use this information to create personalized, progressive training plans.
                    • Teach clients proper lifting form, equipment use, and advanced techniques to help them achieve their strength and physique goals safely and effectively.
                    • Proactively engage in marketing yourself and rebooking clients, helping grow your clientele through word-of-mouth and personal promotion.
                    • Maintain professionalism, respect client confidentiality, and contribute to a positive and encouraging gym culture.

                    Required Experience

                    • NCCA-accredited Personal Training certification (such as NSCA, NASM, or ACSM)
                    • 5+ years of experience as a personal trainer 
                    • Extensive knowledge of strength and conditioning principles, biomechanics, and safe training practices
                    • Strong customer service, communication, and client management skills
                    • Collaborative and cooperative team player, with a willingness to work alongside other trainers and departments
