Stephanie is a former dancer turned STOTT certified Pilates instructor that loves being able to make Pilates more accessible. To her, it's a privilege to pull a group of people in a room and have them move together. Her classes and training sessions are creative and delivered with a sense of humor.

Create strength, balance, and flexibility while exploring the Pilates repertoire on all our equipment. This total body workout emphasizing the core throughout is ideal for beginner to advanced students. Modifications given for all levels.
In-person pod classes are small group workouts that allow us to sweat alongside others but in a physically distant way. Each pod class is limited to 4-6 people and each participant is in a pod with partition walls, their own equipment and sanitation supplies, and an air filter.
Members can sign-up 2 days in advance, and cancel up to 4 hours before class start time. Pod classes are included for VIP/VIP Plus members and a la carte for everyone else. Masks and temperature checks are required.
