Foundations Packages

Pilates

The Pilates Method increases flexibility, balance, body awareness, core strength, and endurance using mats, props, and unique equipment.

This package will introduce to the fundamental principles and is an excellent primer to allow you to confidently participate in our group Pilates classes and series.

Package Includes: 6 x 1hr private sessions with participating instructors. Package expires 2 months after purchase date.

Strength

Strength training is a broad field of exercise science. Whether you are new to training or just need a refresh, our trainers will perfect your form and create a safe and challenging program for you. This package will introduce you to the tools, machines, and props you can use to develop a strength routine that fits your individual needs and goals.

Yoga

Yoga is a complex discipline that has been practiced for centuries. Discover yoga the way it was meant to be experienced – in a private setting with the full attention from our instructors.

With this package you will learn the foundations, know how to safely modify poses to fit your needs, and confidently participate in group classes.

Package Includes: 6 x 1hr private sessions with participating instructors. Package expires 2 months after purchase date.
