Group Programs

Group exercise is at the very core of our gym community. Castle Hill Fitness group programs allow you to increase your fitness level, improve your technique, and connect with others. Our group programs include virtual online classes, in-person small group classes, one-day workshops, and multi-week class series. We take pride in offering a variety of class styles and modalities that are as varied and unique as our members and instructor team.



Need to workout from anywhere? Tune in to our online barre, Pilates, circuit training, and cardio classes. Ready to unwind anytime? We've got you covered with yoga, meditation, and Tai Chi. Our instructors are leading live-streaming classes using Grab your free basic account and meet us in the virtual world!


All you need is a decent internet connection to grab a great workout! Our instructors use to stream classes weekly to your computer or device. Each class description will list any props you might need for the class. Once you've booked your class, sit tight! A zoom meeting link will be emailed to the email we have on file for you 15-30 minutes before class start time. The class will begin when your CHF instructor host starts the meeting.


Book your classes online or in the CHF App 6-days in advance with a la carte passes or monthly no commitment memberships. You can book up to the minute before the class start time.


If you can no longer make a class, you can cancel online or in the app before class start time. Once you advance cancel your class pass will be unused and added back to your account. Late Cancels: If you cancel and it's after the class starts, you will be marked as a late cancel and your class will not be returned to account. Please be courteous to those on a waitlist and keep your schedule updated and cancel in advance. 






Now you can access a great workout anytime with On Demand Classes. This feature is available with Virtual Premier and VIP level memberships. Access videos on demand via the CHF App or at the link below. Classes are organized by type of workout - like Barre, Circuit Training, Pilates, Yoga, and more! A guided workout is now just a tap away!



Sweat with your squad! Experience the high energy of group fitness in our in-person classes. Each classroom has a dedicated NASA-certified HEPA air purifier that is appropriate to the room size, fans, and markers to denote physical distancing.  



In-person classes are included in VIP/VIP-Plus All-Access levels of membership and a la carte for everyone else. We recommend booking in advance as these classes can fill up quickly. If a class is full, you can add your name to the waitlist. If a spot becomes available you will be added to the waitlist and notified via email or text based on your preferences.


Book your classes online or in the CHF App 6-days in advance with a la carte passes or monthly no commitment memberships. Booking closes 30-minutes before class start time. We offer in-person classes at both locations, therefore, please note which location your class takes place.


You can review all our health and safety measures in place here. If you're sick, please cancel your class and stay home.


If you don't get checked in by the class start time, you may have your spot given to a waiting client. If you're delayed, call our front desk at (512) 478-4567 ASAP so your spot can stay reserved – we want you to make your class!


Cancel online or in the app up to 4-hours before class start time. Once you advance cancel your class pass will be unused and added back to your account. Late Cancels/No-Shows: If you no-show or cancel and it's less than 4-hours before class start time, you will be marked as a late cancel and incur a fee equal to one class or $20. Please be courteous to those on a waitlist and keep your schedule updated and cancel in advance. 





Small Groups offer personal attention at a great price, helping you reach your goals at a faster rate. It's like a private training session with a small group of friends!

Small Groups are available with a separate program pass. Purchase a pass for just one class, or get a pack of 4 at a discounted rate.



Workshops & Class Series

Castle Hill Fitness offers a multitude of formats in which to improve your health and fitness. In our small group, multi-week series, you will receive focused attention and experience progressive learning objectives. Our one-day workshops provide an opportunity to dive deep into a particular topic or training type. We also offer in-depth teacher training and intensives for those that want to take their passion into a profession. Keep scrolling for our upcoming calendar of events in Fitness, Pilates, and Yoga.


One-day workshops and class series are held seasonally throughout the year. You do not need to be a member in order to attend a workshop or class series, however, all CHF members receive discounts on these group programs.

Weekly Workouts at Waterloo Greenway

Join us this Spring for free workouts at Waterloo Greenway! The Weekly Workouts at Waterloo Spring Series features three movement sessions a week:

Yoga + Sound
Mondays 6-7pm

Set some feel-good vibes for the week with mindful movement accompanied by sound therapy. Each week features a different style of yoga and live music.

Turn-Up Tuesday
Tuesdays 6-7pm

Turn the energy UP with a workout that'll bring on the sweat! Keep crushing your day in Turn-Up Tuesday's variety of fitness-based, Dance, or Pilates workouts.

Self-Care Sunday
Sundays 9-10am
Join us for an eclectic mix of mindful movement - from Qi Gong, Yoga & Meditation, and Sound Healing, Self-Care Sunday is all about starting the day grounded and with intention.


Monday and Tuesday sessions are held at the Moody Amphitheater lawn, and Sunday sessions are held at the Lebermann Plaza. All classes are free to the community - bring your friends and come move with us!

A la Carte Passes

Enjoy access to the gym and classes with no gym memberships, contracts, or enrollment fees with a la carte passes. These passes are good for either a number of visits or a specified time period. So even if you’re a seasonal user or just starting a workout regime, you can gain access to Castle Hill Fitness with minimal commitment.
