Anne Schultz is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor. She holds a Junior Intermediate III certification. There are only six people in the state of Texas certified at this level. She has practiced yoga since 1994 and has taught yoga since 1997. Anne studies with many senior teachers in the Iyengar system including Laurie Blakeney, Patricia Walden, and Randy Just. She has also studied at the Iyengar Institute in Pune three times. In her other than yoga life, Anne is a professor of Philosophy at Baylor University in Waco. She loves integrating philosophical observations about life, the universe and everything into her classes. Her classes are fun, dynamic, and alignment focused.

Yoga Wall is a practice that uses the wall, straps, and harnesses as the primary props. These wall props bring support to poses so that precision and fine tuning can be worked on as well as a deeper level of understanding of familiar poses. Members can sign-up 6 days in advance, and cancel up to 4 hours before class start time.

A no-flow yoga practice that balances strength and flexibility. In this method, focus is on alignment and sequencing with the use of props and precise instruction. Expect to work with beginner to intermediate level poses or methods, working for depth, duration, and transformation through asana. Members can sign-up 6 days in advance and cancel up to 4 hours before class start time.
