David has been teaching group fitness classes for over 20 years, ranging from HIIT, boot camps, rhythm cycling, and a variety of other workout modalities. As an endurance athlete, he has completed over 22 Ironman races and recently started competing in Hyrox events.

David's classes are known for his high energy and amazing music, and he'll challenge you to be your best athlete—in and out of class! He loves creating fun and challenging workouts that anyone can do, from someone just starting their fitness journey to the most seasoned athlete.
