Morning Classes for Our Earlybirds

RISE AND GRIND IN OUR MORNING CLASSES

Everyone has their own ideal time to workout. Exercise at any time of day is beneficial, but there are some great perks to working out first thing in the morning! Even if you’re not naturally an early riser, here are a few reasons it may be worth it to set that alarm:

  1. Over and done, first thing! Any day can bring up unexpected surprises or delays. Sometimes, stepping away for your workout just doesn’t work out! The morning is your guaranteed “you time” when you can avoid distractions like texts, calls, and emails. Start the day with a sweat session and an empowering sense of achievement! 
  2. Better Z’s: Studies show that those who exercised at 7am reported falling asleep faster, and more deeply. If you often find yourself too amped up for bedtime after your evening sweat session, try a morning workout to enjoy a more relaxed evening. 
  3. Build consistency. Healthy habits get reinforced by repeating behaviors. If you consistently work out at the same time of day, then you are more likely to stick to it.
  4. Beat the heat: Summers are hot. Texas summers are very hot. Why work up a sweat during the hotter parts of the day? Get your workout done when it’s nice and cool in the mornings, then chill the rest of the day. 
  5. Hello, endorphins: Even if you woke up on the wrong side of the bed, a morning workout can help you turn that mood around! Among the many benefits of exercise are boosted endorphin levels –  and endorphins make you happy. Start your day on the right foot with an endorphin rush!

Our schedule has a wide variety of in-person and virtual morning classes that will set the tone for a productive day. Whether you like a fiery start to your day, or a more centered and grounded start – we got you!

IN-PERSON MORNING CLASSES

MONDAYS 7AM |  Strong and Fierce! with Tara at Downtown

Unleash your inner fierceness! Build strength and endurance in this 45-minute, high-paced class. Every changing circuit will include weight lifting, resistance bands, body weight, jump ropes, and plyometrics.

MONDAYS & THURSDAYS 7AM |  Group Power! with Mark at 360 

This highly effective, results-driven strength training workout utilizes adjustable barbells, weight plates & bodyweight exercises, set to bumping music.

MONDAYS 8:30AM |  Barefoot Burn with Audra at 360 

Get ready to rock out your core! Full body HIIT workout combining core strengthening, cardio and TABATA. Low on Impact, high on burn! You will get off your mat glowing and feeling strong!

TUESDAYS 7AM |  Power Ride with Erin at 360

Ready to get sweaty? These rides pack a punch! Dig deep, explore the limits, and get in the zone using your heart rate as a guide. 

TUESDAYS 7AM |  Strength & Cardio Blast! with Veronika at Downtown

Get your heart rate up and blood pumping early in the morning with a combination of weighted strength moves and plyometric cardio. It doesn’t take long to get a great burn in this fast-paced class! 

TUESDAYS 7:30AM |  Sunrise Power Yoga with Kelly at Downtown

The dynamic mix of sweat and surrender will challenge you to your edge and encourage you to reach your true potential. The Power sequence is a series of postures that flow from one to the next, on breath. Modifications will be offered for less intense and more advanced pose options. The perfect way to start the day!

TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS 8AM |  Indoor Cycling with Amy at Downtown 

Whether you are a cyclist wanting to improve performance or simply looking for a motivating cardio workout, Amy’s classes bridge the gap between fun and challenging. Spin bikes are equipped with dual pedals, one flat side for athletic shoes the other side with SPD spin shoe clips. 

WEDNESDAYS 7AM |  Total Body Build with Jeremy at Downtown

Muscle isn’t built in a day, but Jeremy’s full-body strength workout will start you on your way. Grab heavy weights and bring your focus as Jeremy leads you through multiple muscle groups in a systematic way. Expect low reps, max effort, and a chill playlist while you focus on form. 

WEDNESDAYS 7AM |  Cycle Barre with Amy at 360

Cycle Barre combines the heart-pumping cardio you love from spin class with the muscle burning, booty tightening moves you love from barre class. 

WEDNESDAYS 8:30AM |  Barre Above with Michele at 360 

This unique class mixes the best of aerobics, Pilates, & strength training to sculpt your body and improve posture. 

WEDNESDAYS & FRIDAYS 8:30AM |  Movement & Meditation with Kirtan at Downtown

Start your day with intention. Expect mindful movement of breath paired with postures to release common places of tension, as well as build strength and flexibility, and meditation and visualization to restore body and mind.  

THURSDAYS 7AM |  All Levels Pilates Equipment with Lindsay at Downtown 

Create strength, balance, and flexibility while exploring the Pilates repertoire on the equipment. Expect a total body workout with emphasis on the core! 

THURSDAYS 7:30AM |  Sunrise Flow Yoga with Kelly at Downtown 

Flow Yoga incorporates energetic movement through a series of asanas (yoga postures). Experience a sense of fluid physical motions in this mindful flow class. Warm up the body, connect consciously with your breath. Leave feeling centered, invigorated, and ready to meet your day!

THURSDAYS 8:30AM |  Mat Pilates with Ashley at 360

Using your body weight and props, the Pilates mat work delivers you quick gains in strength and body awareness. This class is fiercely focused to tighten the core.
