RISE AND GRIND IN OUR MORNING CLASSES

Everyone has their own ideal time to workout. Exercise at any time of day is beneficial, but there are some great perks to working out first thing in the morning! Even if you’re not naturally an early riser, here are a few reasons it may be worth it to set that alarm:

  1. Over and done, first thing! Any day can bring up unexpected surprises or delays. Sometimes, stepping away for your workout just doesn’t work out! The morning is your guaranteed “you time” when you can avoid distractions like texts, calls, and emails. Start the day with a sweat session and an empowering sense of achievement! 
  2. Better Z’s: Studies show that those who exercised at 7am reported falling asleep faster, and more deeply. If you often find yourself too amped up for bedtime after your evening sweat session, try a morning workout to enjoy a more relaxed evening. 
  3. Build consistency. Healthy habits get reinforced by repeating behaviors. If you consistently work out at the same time of day, then you are more likely to stick to it.
  4. More focused: Studies have shown that exercising in the morning improves attention, visual learning, and decision-making throughout the day. Starting your day with a class can benefit you for the rest of your day!  
  5. Hello, endorphins: Even if you woke up on the wrong side of the bed, a morning workout can help you turn that mood around! Among the many benefits of exercise are boosted endorphin levels –  and endorphins make you happy. Start your day on the right foot with an endorphin rush!

Our schedule has a wide variety of in-person and virtual morning classes that will set the tone for a productive day. Whether you like a fiery start to your day, or a more centered and grounded start – we got you! 

 

IN-PERSON MORNING CLASSES

Mondays

MONDAYS 6AM | SHRED with Clark 

Dynamic, athletic movements set into a circuit structure requires you to tap into your inner animal to survive this challenging gauntlet. You’ll lift, throw, run, push, pull, and jump your way to shredded glory. High Impact 

MONDAYS 7AM |  Strong and Fierce! with Tara

Unleash your inner fierceness! Build strength and endurance in this 45 minute high paced class. Ever changing circuits may include weight lifting, resistance bands, body weight, jump ropes and plyometrics. High Impact 

MONDAYS 8:30AM | Tabata Strong with Josh

Build muscle and turn up your metabolism in this interval circuit combination class. Something new each week to keep your body guessing!  
High Impact 

Tuesdays

TUESDAYS 6AM | Pure Strength with Amid

A purely strength-based workout designed to build muscle and increase power. Expect to use a variety of equipment, including weighted barbells and dumbbells, as well as bodyweight exercises.

TUESDAYS 6:15AM | Off the Barre Express with Veronika

Join this 30-minute energetic workout to tone and sculpt your entire body without the "Barre". Expect a deep muscle burn with low impact and easily modifiable moves!  
Low Impact 

TUESDAYS 7AM | PUMP’D with Veronika

Join Veronika in this fast-paced, full body workout designed to pump up your mood, motivation, and muscles! This class uses weighted strength moves and power style cardio moves to get your heart rate going, set to a poppin’ playlist that will boost you up inside and out.  
High Impact 

TUESDAYS 7AM | All Levels Pilates Equipment with Stephanie

Create strength, balance, and flexibility while exploring the Pilates repertoire on all our equipment. This total body workout emphasizing the core throughout is ideal for beginner to advanced students. Modifications given for all levels.  
Low Impact 

TUESDAYS 8AM | Indoor Cycle with Amy

Whether you are a cyclist wanting to improve performance or simply looking for a motivating cardio workout, this class bridges the gap between fun and challenging. Spin bikes are equipped with dual pedals, one flat side for athletic shoes the other side with SPD spin shoe clips.  
Low Impact 

Wednesdays

WEDNESDAYS 6AM | Pure Strength with Josh

A purely strength-based workout designed to build muscle and increase power. Expect to use a variety of equipment, including weighted barbells and dumbbells, as well as bodyweight exercises.  
High Impact 

WEDNESDAYS 7AM | Total Body Build with Jeremy S

Muscle is not built in a day, but Jeremy's full body strength workout will start you on your way. Grab heavy weights and bring your focus as Jeremy leads you through multiple muscle groups in a systematic way. Expect low reps, max effort, and a chill playlist while you focus on form. Prior experience using strength equipment is necessary.

WEDNESDAYS 8:30AM | Tone & Tabata with Veronika

This workout has it ALL! Look forward to a full-body strength workout with an all-out tabata finisher. Push past your comfort level and see results -- all with a smile on your face! 
Hight Impact 

Thursdays

THURSDAYS 6AM | HIIT Circuit with Keith

Alternate between high intensity intervals and strength circuits and make your workout count! A total body burner! Modifications will be provided.  
High Impact 

THURSDAYS 7AM | Total Body Conditioning with Sonya

This full-body strength workout targets every major muscle group using weights, bodyweight, and more. Class includes cardio conditioning blocks that complement the lifts. 
Low Impact 

THURSDAYS 7AM | All Levels Pilates Equipment with Desi

Create strength, balance, and flexibility while exploring the Pilates repertoire on all our equipment. This total body workout emphasizing the core throughout is ideal for beginner to advanced students. Modifications given for all levels.

FRIDAYS 6AM | Total Body Strength with Maria

Rise, shine, and get stronger! Using dumbbells, barbells, body weight, and more, this class will lead you through circuits that strengthen your entire body. Glutes, legs...you name it! Focus on fundamental movements like the squat, row, hinge, and press, while also combining fresh, new movements that change each week. All levels and backgrounds in weight training welcome!

FRIDAYS 7AM | Just Keep Spinning with Jay

Cycle classes with Jay are filled with encouragement--enough to get you to just keep spinning! Push your way through climbs and sprints tied to a fun playlist, and leave feeling ready to take on your day!

FRIDAYS 8AM | Workout Therapy with Robert

Your safe space to let go of it all! A creative combo class mixing martial arts, boxing, weights, and cardio moves. Leave the stress and frustration in a pile of sweat on your mat. Colorful language may be used as a motivational tool.  
High Impact 

FRIDAYS 8:30AM | Vin/Yin with Tiffany

Start your 60-minute practice with a creative Vinyasa flow before winding down with long held, supported stretches to relax your body and soothe your nervous system.

MONDAYS 8:15AM | Qigong with Jeff

Join Jeff for a gentle, relaxing & rejuvenating workout. Qigong means breath or energy skill in Chinese. We use these ancient Eastern practices to manage stress in our modern world. The class includes stillness, movement & breath work to facilitate the movement of energy throughout our bodies to promote a feeling of well being & calmness.

We should exercise every day in the morning to keep our body healthy. By exercising, our body stays fit. Thanks for posting
