With more of America continuing to reopen, more of you may be making your way back into the office. (Are you excited to wear real pants again, or still clutching to your leggings?) As your work-from-home routine comes to an end, some of those virtual and in-person classes may not work as well with your new (old?) schedule.
But don’t worry! Our schedule features virtual and in-person classes that can fit into your workday, whether it’s before, during, or after! With yoga, Pilates, barre, strength, and cycle classes available, you can enjoy a well-rounded fitness routine for your whole week! Most of these classes are 45 minutes, making them effective and quick ways to get your daily sweat sessh in. You don’t even have to be a member of Castle Hill Fitness – a la carte passes and class package cards are available so you can drop in, sweat it out, and carry on with your day.
Unleash your inner fierceness! Build strength and endurance in this 45-minute, high-paced class. Every changing circuit will include weight lifting, resistance bands, bodyweight, jump ropes, and plyometrics.
This full-body strength workout targets every major muscle group using weights, bodyweight, and more. Class includes cardio conditioning blocks that complement the lifts.
WEDNESDAYS & FRIDAYS 7AM | Total Body Build with Jeremy
Muscle isn’t built in a day, but Jeremy’s full-body strength workout will start you on your way. Grab heavy weights and bring your focus as Jeremy leads you through multiple muscle groups in a systematic way. Expect low reps, max effort, and a chill playlist while you focus on form.
Crunched for time? Build muscle and turn up your metabolism in this high-intensity interval training (HIIT) in this 30-minute class.

Rotate among the chair, the reformer, the wall unit and the mat. This is a fast-paced class, knowledge of Pilates principles, equipment, and terms is expected.

A workout focused on weight training, abdominals, and those hard-to-reach areas. Expect weights, with some moderate cardio thrown in!
MONDAYS 12PM | LIVE! Vinyasa Flow with Collette | In-Person and Virtual
An evolving form of traditional Hatha yoga that focuses on linking breath and movement. Focus on strength and endurance, alongside the usual elements of flexibility, balance, and alignment.
TUESDAYS-FRIDAYS 12PM | All Levels Pilates Equipment with Brooke, Gregory, and Heather
Create strength, balance, and flexibility while exploring the Pilates repertoire on all our equipment. This total body workout emphasizing the core throughout is ideal for beginner to advanced students. Modifications given for all levels.

Join Dereké for a 45-minute Cardio Dance Party! Cardio Dance Fit is a fun, high-energy class that combines hip hop dance and fitness exercises. Set to a pump'n playlist, this class is designed to boost cardio, improve coordination, and build strength—all while feeling like a dance party.

An intense way to burn calories while consistently improving strength and endurance, plyometrics continues to gain popularity with everyone who is looking for top results. Expect to jump!

Yoga Wall is a therapeutic practice which uses the wall, straps, and harnesses as the primary props. These props support you to stay in postures for longer and provide a more restorative practice.
This energetic workout uses the ballet barre to tone and sculpt your entire body. We will use a variety of props that will give you a deep muscle burn while staying low impact and easily modified.
This yoga class follows an arc that will include centering, being embodied in a challenging and replenishing way then followed by time to calm the nervous system. You will leave feeling both energized and peaceful. Variations offered for both beginner and intermediate students.

Cardio and Strength in one! This class begins with a 25-minute strength section, followed by a 30-minute ride. Blending high-energy cycling with targeted, weighted strength work, set to a bump'n playlist - for cardio, strength, and a serious burn.
