Laurie has been an athlete her entire life — playing and coaching tennis during and after college,  working with youth and adult tennis players. Laurie focuses on helping others find strength, resilience, and joy through movement.

After years of strength training, tennis, running, and HIIT workouts, an injury led her to try rhythm cycling — and she instantly fell in love. What started as a recovery option became a powerful new passion. Riding to music has supported her nervous system again and again, and now she's dedicated to sharing that experience with every person who joins her classes.

Laurie's coaching style is rooted in support, challenge, and connection. Whether it's your first ride or your 500th, she aims to create a space where riders feel seen, heard, and empowered.

When Laurie isn't on a bike, you can find her hanging with her husband, daughter, and their two rescue dogs and cat. She's also the co-owner/general manager of a locally owned dog boarding and daycare called Austin Dogtown.

Jump into a whole new kind of strength workout! Use the rebounder (mini-trampoline) and a variety of props in this fast-paced, low-impact circuit class. Get your heart rate going as you move through different stations, on and off the rebounder, and build stamina, strength, and endurance! Shoes required.   Sign-up 6 days in advance, and cancel up to 4 hours before class start time.

This high-energy, beat-based cycling class combines full-body choreography with cardio, strength, and endurance training. Ride to the rhythm with moves like tap-backs, jogs, and sprints—both in and out of the saddle—while focusing on safe form, technique, and nonstop fun - no rhythm required, just bring the energy!   Members can sign-up 6 days in advance, and cancel up to 4 hours before class start time.
