A healthy and successful fitness routine relies on balance – mixing up lower-intensity workouts in between your high-intensity days, while challenging your muscles in a different way. Also, sometimes you just want something different!

Yoga is a versatile practice that offers the body and mind a chance to connect, AND the movement you crave. Our class schedule features virtual and in-person yoga all throughout the week. We host a wide variety of styles – meaning there’s a class to fit any workout mood you’re in!

A gentle yoga asana class that focuses on proper spinal hygiene, prevention, and maintenance. The series of stretches and exercises are based upon Jonathan’s work as a chiropractor to help his patient keep their spine moving and feeling great at any age.

Yoga Wall is a therapeutic practice that uses the wall, straps, and harnesses as the primary props. These props support you to stay in postures for longer and provide a more restorative practice.
