Yoga is a versatile practice that offers the body and mind a chance to connect, AND the movement you crave. Our class schedule features virtual and in-person yoga all throughout the week. We host a wide variety of styles – meaning there’s a class to fit any workout mood you’re in!
FEELIN’ THE FLOW
These classes create a sweet symphony of breath and movement. Perfect for those who can’t, or don’t want to, sit still!
VINYASA FLOW Focus on strength and endurance, alongside the usual elements of flexibility, balance, and alignment. |
VIN/YIN Start your practice with a creative Vinyasa flow before winding down with long-held, supported stretches to relax your body and soothe your nervous system. |
EMBODIED FLOW & RESTORE An artfully sequenced flow, followed by a restorative or yin practice and varied meditation practices to help you stay heart-centered throughout your day. |

For the “I don’t do yoga” type (but really, we all should do it). Get the stretch you need from yoga postures, while fitness exercises bring the muscle burn!
| YOGA SCULPT Tuesdays & Thursdays at 8:15am with Collette and Leslie Get your om and sculpt in one! This fast-paced class blends a spicy Vinyasa flow with fitness exercises, light to moderate weights, and cardio intervals to build strength, mobility, and balance. |

RESTORATIVE YOGA Supported postures that help the body release tension. Beneficial for stress reduction and anyone looking to take a meaningful break from a busy life or workout regimen. |
YIN YOGA A long, relaxed stretch practice to bring the body into balance and increase natural range of motion. Most poses are seated or lying down, supported by props, and held in stillness to target the connective tissue, such as ligaments, joints, bones, and deep fascia networks. |
LOOKING TO TUNE IN
You want better mobility and are ready to flex that mind-muscle. These classes break down postures and introduce new ideas to fine-tune your practice.
ALIGNMENT/IYENGAR YOGA A no-flow yoga practice that balances strength and flexibility. Focus is on alignment and sequencing with the use of props and precise instruction. |
HATHA FLOW YOGA This yoga class follows an arc that will include centering, being embodied in a challenging and replenishing way, followed by time to calm the nervous system. You will leave feeling both energized and peaceful. |
YOGA WALL Yoga Wall is a therapeutic practice that uses the wall, straps, and harnesses as the primary props. These props support you to stay in postures for longer and provide a more restorative practice. |
