Group exercise is at the core of our community at Castle Hill Fitness. Our instructor team is here to motivate you virtually, in-person in pods, and outside. Keep scrolling to see the latest additions to our class schedule plus an offer to try one of these classes for free! 

 

NEW IN-PERSON CLASSES

MONDAYS 10:30AM |  Pilates Equipment with Celeste at 360

Create strength, balance, and flexibility while exploring the Pilates repertoire on all our equipment. This total body workout emphasizing the core throughout is ideal for beginner to advanced students. Modifications given for all levels.

TUESDAYS NOON |  LIVE!* Slow Flow Yoga with Erin at Downtown

In Slow Flow yoga, we will move through a sequence of postures with core work and emphasis on breath to regulate the nervous system and deepen a connection to self. 

WEDNESDAYS 7:00AM |  Total Body Burn with Cori at Downtown

Muscle is not built in a day, but Cori’s full-body strength workout will start you on your way. Grab heavy weights and bring your focus as Cori leads you through multiple muscle groups in a systematic way. Expect low reps, max effort, and a chill playlist while you focus on form. Prior experience using strength equipment is necessary.

THURSDAY 5:30PM |  LIVE!* Yoga Tone (yoga + weights) with Collette at Downtown

Yoga Tone combines basic yoga postures and light to moderate hand weights to get your om and your tone in one! Combine the fitness benefits of yoga and weightlifting in this 45-minute class. 

*LIVE! pod classes provide an in-person experience while being concurrently live-streamed to our virtual members. Please note that in-person participants may be seen online. Classes are not recorded.

 

All in-person classes are very limited in size to ensure enough physical distance between participants. Indoor classes are limited between 4-7 participants and each person is in a partitioned space with HEPA air-filters and no shared equipment. Finally, we wear masks at all times for indoor activities. In-person pod classes are included in VIP-level memberships or a la carte without a membership. 

 

 

NEW VIRTUAL CLASSES

MONDAYS 5:30PM |  Holistic Yoga with Mark 

Holistic Yoga using zoom.us. Set your intention to create space for transformation by deepening the mind/body connection in this holistic yoga practice. The class involves elements of movement/posture, breathwork, and meditation. This class is a great starting point for beginners and those working through an injury.

TUESDAYS NOON |  Slow Flow Yoga with Erin at Downtown

In Slow Flow yoga, we will move through a sequence of postures with core work and emphasis on breath to regulate the nervous system and deepen a connection to self. 

WEDNESDAYS 11:00AM |  Express Mat Pilates with Brooke

From the Hundreds to the Seal, bring the much-loved Pilates classics back to the mat in this 45-minute express class designed to leave you feeling strong and centered. 

THURSDAYS NOON |  Slow Flow Yoga with Amy M.

Slow Flow Yoga using zoom.us. Move through a sequence of postures with core work and emphasis on breath to regulate the nervous system and deepen your connection to self. We recommend having 2 yoga blocks and two blankets or a bolster for this class. (pillows can be used as a substitute)
