Cori is a native Austinite and life-long athlete. She graduated from The University of Arkansas at Fort Smith, where she played collegiate volleyball in addition to earning her B.A. in Organizational Leadership. More recently, Cori passed her ACE personal training certification exam. When she's not working or working out, she loves spending time in nature, especially with her Australian shepherd mix: Bandit.

Muscle is not built in a day, but Cori’s full body strength workout will start you on your way. Grab heavy weights and bring your focus as Cori leads you through multiple muscle groups in a systematic way. Expect low reps, max effort, and a chill playlist while you focus on form. Prior experience using strength equipment is necessary.
In-person pod classes are small group workouts that allow us to sweat alongside others but in a physically distant way. Each pod class is limited to 4-7 people and each participant is in a pod with partition walls, their own equipment and sanitation supplies, and an air filter.
Members can sign-up 6 days in advance, and cancel up to 4 hours before class start time. Masks and temperature checks are required.
