Collette discovered yoga as a compliment to her breath and body work while majoring in Acting. After working as a teacher for a few years and receiving a Masters in Curriculum and Instructional Leadership, she moved to Austin and decided to take her yoga practice to the next level and completed her teacher certification at the E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 level. Collette strives to practice with intention -- both on the mat and off! For her, this means moving with an open mind, a happy heart, and compassion for herself and others. Through teaching, she hopes to inspire a sense of community and to encourage her students to push past self-imposed physical and mental limits. In Collette's class, you'll experience a light-hearted, dynamic, mindful and fun flow-based practice. Bring your sense of adventure and a smile!

Start your 60-minute practice with a creative Vinyasa flow before winding down with long held, supported stretches to relax your body and soothe your nervous system. We recommend having a bolster (couch cushion/pillow), a blanket (towel), and a block (large hardback book).

VIRTUAL! Vinyasa Flow - An evolving form of traditional Hatha yoga that focuses on linking breath and movement. Focus on strength and endurance, alongside the usual elements of flexibility, balance, and alignment.

Yoga Tone combines basic yoga postures and light to moderate hand weights to get your om and your tone in one! Combine the fitness benefits of yoga and weightlifting in this 45 minute class.

Room: Lotus
A long, relaxed stretch practice of the connective tissue with an emphasis on the spine, hips, and legs. The practice promotes joint mobility, de-stressing, pain management, and a calm mind.
 
Plan to bring: yoga blanket/bath towel, mat and water bottle
 
In-person pod classes are small group workouts that allow us to sweat alongside others but in a physically distant way. Each pod class is limited to 4-6 people and each participant is in a pod with partition walls, their own equipment and sanitation supplies, and an air filter.
