Erin moved to Austin to go to UT in the late 90's and, like lots of folks, she never left. She first approached Yoga as an academic minoring in philosophy, and the ensuant studio classes, workshops, and teacher trainings rooted her firmly in Austin's yoga community as a 500-RYT instructor. She lends yogic principles such as mindful movement and breathwork to other physical disciplines such as an ACE certified personal trainer. 
 
Erin's classes are full of laughter, learning, sweat, and meditation, running the gamut from restorative, gentle practices to more robust core-conditioning and balance work. Her personal training sessions are no different, with the added benefit of exclusive attention and tailored workouts.

This class is designed to give the benefits of yoga to the overused and tight parts of your body. Experienced practitioners and newbies alike will love the total body opening that is sure to bring balance to your body, mind, and soul.
 
Recommended props:
- mat, towel, and water bottle

VIRTUAL! Slow Flow Yoga using zoom.us. Move through a sequence of postures with core work and emphasis on breath to regulate the nervous system and deepen your connection to self.

Recommended props:
- 2 yoga blocks
- two blankets or bolster (pillows can be used as substitute)
- mat, towel, and water bottle
