Introducing a new training package to make the most out of your time in our Workout Pods – the Pod Program Package!
This package gives you 3 workouts in 3 pods with the guidance of one of our Castle Hill Fitness trainers. Our fitness professionals will personalize the exercises based on your needs. Completion of this package gives you 3 different workouts to complete on your own for 3 days a week!
This package is great for people who:
» Want to try a new Pod, or spice up their routine
» Need help with form and technique
» Want to talk to someone outside their household for a change (ha!)
This package includes 3, 60-minute sessions and is available one time to all clients – no membership required!
The Pod Program package is not a written program, but an in-person experience. Trainers are available for program refreshes at regular rates.
