Yoga Wall is a therapeutic yoga practice which uses the wall, straps and harnesses as the primary props in a variety of yoga asanas to traction and support the body. With the assistance of the wall straps you can stay in the postures for a longer period of time thus experiencing a deeper stretch and increased therapeutic benefits.
