COME MOVE WITH CASTLE HILL FITNESS AT WATERLOO GREENWAY

Join us this Fall for free workouts at Waterloo Greenway. The Weekly Workouts at Waterloo Fall Series presented by Castle Hill Fitness features three movement sessions a week: Mondays 6:30pm, Wednesdays 6:30pm, and Sundays 10am. Sessions are held at the Moody Amphitheater lawn and are free to the community. Bring your friends and a mat!

 

September 19-November 3

Weekly Program Includes:

Yoga + Sound
Mondays 6:30-7:30pm

Set some feel-good vibes for the week with mindful movement accompanied by sound therapy. Each week features a different style of yoga and live music. 

Workout Wednesday 
Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm
Keep crushing your hump day with an energetic fitness-based workout. Each class mixes cardio and strength moves to get you sweaty and feeling accomplished! 

Sunday Moves
Sundays 10-11am
Everyone loves Sunday Funday! Join us for an eclectic mix of movement - from dance to recess-type games, Sunday Moves is all about having fun – great for families. There will be a different type of class each week.
