As of May 18, Governor Abbott has allowed gyms and fitness studios to reopen, however, not every studio and gym is open. In this post, we will answer some frequently asked questions on what that means for you and your Castle Hill Fitness community. We’ve received overwhelming support from you during these uncertain times and we are committed to staying with you through it all. We are in this together, even if we’re apart.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
A: You can freeze your membership at any time and we are waiving fees during this time period. Email us here. Please Note: During a freeze, you will incur no further charges, and will not have access to live-stream classes or email content.

LIVE STREAMING CLASS FAQs
A: There sure are! We are offering drop-in class passes and packages that save you a little bit each class. Purchase those here.
A. Yes. If you have an active Castle Hill Fitness membership you will be able to attend live-stream classes. Book here – we can’t wait to see you!
A: It depends on your level of membership. The premier level gets 8/virtual classes per month, VIP level has unlimited classes.
I FROZE MY MEMBERSHIP. CAN I TAKE LIVE STREAM CLASSES?
A. Maybe. You will need to either purchase non-member classes or thaw out your membership to join in. Our concierge team can help you with that – email them here.
I’M NOT A MEMBER. CAN I TAKE LIVE STREAM CLASSES?
A. Yes. Beginning March 30, you can purchase class passes. You will need a MindBody account to sign-up (but that’s free too).
DO I NEED TO PAY FOR A ZOOM ACCOUNT?
A. No. You can have a basic Zoom account for free.
WHAT IS YOUR LIVE STREAM CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY?
A: During Shelter in Place, you can cancel online or in the app up to 1 hour before class start time. If you know you can’t make class, please advance cancel to give others your spot (it’s the nice thing to do). Once you advance cancel your class pass will be unused and added back to your account.
Late Cancels: If you cancel and it’s less than 1 hour before class start time, you will be marked as a late cancel and your class will not be returned to account. Please be courteous to those on a waitlist and keep your schedule updated and cancel in advance.
