We went all in on reinventing the indoor gym experience, so your commitment to your health and fitness doesn’t have to skip a beat. Our Workout Pods have everything you need for a complete workout, and then some variety of equipment, sanitizing supplies, HEPA air filters, physical barrier walls for social distancing, and health and safety measures in our facilities that go beyond recommended guidelines. This specific Pod is great for a full body workout, functional fitness, and strength and cardio workouts! With the available machines, you can target all of the following:

Need a Little Inspiration? 

Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist, Thomas Damron shares the workout he did in Main Gym Pod 3! Thomas utilizes the Cable machine for a full body strength workout, plus dumbbells from the Community Prop area. 

THOMAS’ CABLES AND FULL BODY STRENGTH WORKOUT

“A” SUPERSET 

x3 rounds. 60 seconds rest between rounds. 

» Dumbbell Snatch x5 per side
» Cable Pallof Press x10 each side

“B” TRI-SET

x3 rounds. 60 seconds rest between rounds.

» Dumbbell Goblet Squat x10
» One Arm Cable Row x15 each side
» T-Spine Rotation x5 each side

“C” TRI-SET

x3 rounds. 60 seconds rest between rounds. 

» Dumbbell Single Leg Romanian Deadlift x8 each side
» Cable Pec Fly x15
» Cable Shoulder Blade Rotation x5 each direction on each side

Your Pod Workout is done. Spray down everything you touched using the hospital-grade disinfectants provided in your Sanitation Station, return and spray down any props you used, wash your hands, and you are done!
