In Cardio Pilates Circuit classes you will get a unique cardio workout by using the Pilates jumpboard and other equipment to increase your heart rate. This class is not recommended for those with knee or ankle injuries. All levels are welcome, but we encourage experience with the Pilates equipment. Connect with a Pilates instructor.
