Thanks to an awesome place to work out, supportive friends and coworkers, as well as a wonderful trainer who is motivating and encouraging…I am doing very well in sticking to my fitness commitment. I can already see the changes in my body and I definitely feel better than I did two months ago. Having the holiday challenge was a big encouragement to get an early start and has made it easier to stick to the plan in the new year. Thanks, Castle Hill (and Food 4 Fitness for keeping me fed)!!
