Our Main Gym is the heart of the Castle Hill Fitness experience—a spacious floor featuring a wide range of strength machines, free weights, and functional training zones. The Main Gym floor is also the primary setting for Personal Training sessions. Wherever you are in your fitness journey, work towards your goals in an open, welcoming space.
