Kori has been practicing yoga since 2001 and has been teaching as an ERYT200 for six years. She is passionate about the benefits of yoga and helping people find a practice that suits their needs and lifestyle. She has taught yoga fundamentals, yin, and restorative practices, and also enjoys teaching workshops that incorporate creative ways to explore our belief systems and develop strategies to free ourselves of what no longer serves us, allowing new pathways to emerge.
 
One of the greatest gifts to her own practice was learning the art of relaxation through restorative yoga. She specializes as a “Relax and Renew” trainer and is certified with the “Warriors at Ease” program using yoga as a tool for military-related trauma. She has volunteered for many years teaching yoga to military communities, including the Austin Veterans Center and the American Widow Project, and continues to value the connection to our armed forces and their families.
