After years of neglecting his own health in the corporate world, Jeff took a leap , joined a gym and began working one-on-one with a personal trainer. After this experience noticeably improved his health, Jeff felt he could assist others in making fitness a priority in their lives, too. He decided to change careers to Personal Training in order to spread the important message: “health is wealth.” In addition to training, Jeff has been a student of Yang style Tai Chi under Fong Ha since 2006 and practices and teaches the following Qigong forms – yi jin jing, ba duan jin, tai chi ruler, yi quan and shan zhuang. He blends traditional exercise with these Tai Chi and Qigong modalities to customize workouts that incorporate balance, healthy breathing and meditation to improve functional fitness levels and train the whole person.

  • mat, towel, and water bottle nearby
