IS THE WFH LIFE COMING TO AN END? 

With more of America continuing to reopen, more of you may be making your way back into the office. (Are you excited to wear real pants again, or still clutching to your leggings?) As your work-from-home routine comes to an end, some of those virtual and in-person classes may not work as well with your new (old?) schedule. 

But don’t worry! Our schedule features virtual and in-person classes that can fit into your workday, whether it’s before, during, or after! With yogaPilates, barrestrength, water, and cardio classes available, you can enjoy a well-rounded fitness routine for your whole week! Most of these classes are 45 minutes, making them effective and quick ways to get your daily sweat sessh in. You don’t even have to be a member of Castle Hill Fitness – a la carte passes and class package cards are available so you can drop in, sweat it out, and carry on with your day. 

EARLY BIRD CLASSES

MONDAYS 7AM |  Strong and Fierce! with Tara at Downtown

Unleash your inner fierceness! Build strength and endurance in this 45-minute, high-paced class. Every changing circuit will include weight lifting, resistance bands, bodyweight, jump ropes, and plyometrics.

TUESDAYS 7:30AM |  LIVE! Sunrise Power Yoga with Kelly at Downtown and Virtual

The dynamic mix of sweat and surrender will challenge you to your edge and encourage you to reach your true potential. The Power sequence is a series of postures that flow from one to the next, on breath. Modifications will be offered for less intense and more advanced pose options. The perfect way to start the day!

WEDNESDAYS 7AM |  Total Body Build with Jeremy at Downtown

Muscle isn’t built in a day, but Jeremy’s full-body strength workout will start you on your way. Grab heavy weights and bring your focus as Jeremy leads you through multiple muscle groups in a systematic way. Expect low reps, max effort, and a chill playlist while you focus on form. 

WEDNESDAYS 7AM |  Cycle Barre with Amy at 360

Cycle Barre combines the heart-pumping cardio you love from spin class with the muscle burning, booty tightening moves you love from barre class. 
THURSDAYS 7:30AM |  LIVE! Sunrise Flow Yoga with Kelly at Downtown and Virtual

Flow Yoga incorporates energetic movement through a series of asanas (yoga postures). Experience a sense of fluid physical motions in this mindful flow class. Warm up the body, connect consciously with your breath. Leave feeling centered, invigorated, and ready to meet your day!

FRIDAYS 7AM |  Sunday Self-Care Yoga with Laurie at 360

An integrative, relaxing class that combines yoga, athletic stretch, foam rolling & other fascial release work - you're gonna love it!
FRIDAYS 7AM |  Cycle Barre with Michele at Downtown
Cycle Barre combines the heart-pumping cardio you love from spin class with the muscle burning, booty tightening moves you love from barre class.

Create strength, balance, and flexibility while exploring the Pilates repertoire on all our equipment. This total body workout emphasizing the core throughout is ideal for beginner to advanced students. Modifications given for all levels.

MONDAYS 12PM |  LIVE! Tone & Tabata Express with Keith at Downtown and Virtual
This perfect lunchtime workout has it ALL, packed into 35 minutes! Look forward to a full-body strength workout with an all-out Tabata finisher. Push past your comfort level and see results -- all with a smile on your face!
MONDAYS & FRIDAYS 12PM |  Plyo Burn Express with Amid on Virtual
An intense way to burn calories while consistently improving strength and endurance, plyometrics continues to gain popularity with everyone who is looking for top results. Expect to jump!
MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS 12:15PM |  Recess! with Josh at 360
Inspired by the best part of school. Come ready to PLAY!!! Expect to use a variety of equipment each week like jump ropes and pool noodles. This full-body cardio-heavy class is all about the game. From tag to bear crawl races, never the same class twice!

Create strength, balance, and flexibility while exploring the Pilates repertoire on all our equipment. This total body workout emphasizing the core throughout is ideal for beginner to advanced students. Modifications given for all levels.

Move through a sequence of postures with core work and emphasis on breath to regulate the nervous system and deepen your connection to self.

Start your 60-minute practice with a cleansing Flow before winding down with restorative movements to relax your body.

The perfect way to beat the mid-week blues! Start your 60-minute practice with a creative Vinyasa flow before winding down with long held, supported stretches to relax your body and soothe your nervous system.
WEDNESDAYS 12PM |  Body Sculpt with Amid on Virtual
A workout focused on weight training, abdominals, and those hard to reach areas. No cardio -- just weights!
THURSDAYS 12PM |  Yoga Wall with Gillian at Downtown
Yoga Wall is a therapeutic practice which uses the wall, straps, and harnesses as the primary props. These props support you to stay in postures for longer and provide a more restorative practice.
FRIDAYS 12PM |  All Levels Mat Pilates with Ashley on Virtual
Dive deep into the Pilates repertoire with a total body conditioning mat class! Expect emphasis on the core.
FRIDAYS 12PM |  LIVE! LIT Up with Tara at Downtown and Virtual
An energizing class designed to give you the intensity you are looking for without the impact (no running or jumping)! Build lean muscle while boosting your metabolism. 

 

HAPPY HOUR CLASSES

MONDAYS 5:15PM |  Rhythm Ride with Miguel at Downtown

It’s ALL about the beat in this fun-filled cardio class. Challenge yourself in and out of the saddle and watch the sweat come pouring down. Expect to work hard and enjoy every minute. Light weights will be used for a quick blast of high endurance arm work mid-way through class. Emphasis on safe form and proper cycling technique will be taught.

MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS 5:30PM |  LIVE! Strength Circuit with Jeremy at 360 and Virtual

Lift your fitness with this strength-building class that moves through a circuit of stations. Jeremy switches it up each week to keep your workout fresh!

MONDAYS 5:30PM |  Holistic Yoga with Mark on Virtual 

Set your intention to create space for transformation by deepening the mind/body connection in this holistic yoga practice. Class involves elements of movement/posture, breathwork, and meditation. Great starting point for beginners and those working through an injury.

TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS 5:30PM | Aqua Bootcamp with Jeremy at 360 

High-intensity water-based class that gets your heart pumping. Your muscles will be worked by the natural resistance of the water while going easier on your joints. Don’t underestimate Jeremy’s abilities to make it burn, even in the water.

TUESDAYS 5:30PM |  HIIT Cycle with Keith at Downtown
Alternate between sprints and hill climbs on the bike and heart-pounding, total-body circuits using free weights, med balls, resistance bands, and more! Be pushed to your max in this high-intensity class for all designed to challenge and transform your entire body.
TUESDAYS 6PM|  LIVE! Tone & Tabata with Veronika at Downtown and Virtual
This workout has it ALL! Look forward to a full-body strength workout with an all-out Tabata finisher. Push past your comfort level and see results -- all with a smile on your face!
WEDNESDAYS 5:15PM |  LIVE! LIT Cardio with Tara at Downtown and Virtual
Low impact with high intensity exercise is the magic of LIT classes. Be ready to get your sweat on in this Tabata-inspired class using set work to rest ratio. Challenging, heart-pumping moves without the added pounding on the joints.
WEDNESDAYS 6PM |  All Levels Pilates Equipment with Celeste at 360
Create strength, balance, and flexibility while exploring the Pilates repertoire on all our equipment. This total body workout emphasizing the core throughout is ideal for beginner to advanced students.
THURSDAYS 5PM|  LIVE! Barre HIIT with Veronika at Downtown and Virtual
This nonstop body weight workout combines 30 minutes of fast-paced barre style training for the core, glutes and lower body. Finishing with 15 minutes of high-intensity cardio. Expect little downtime in this heart-pumping workout -- getting maximum reward from minimum time!
THURSDAYS 5:30PM |  LIVE! HIIT Circuit Total Body with Keith at Downtown and Virtual
Alternate between high intensity intervals and strength circuits and make your workout count! A total body burner!
THURSDAYS 6PM |  LIVE! Yoga Tone with Collette at Downtown and Virtual 
Yoga Tone combines basic yoga postures and light to moderate hand weights to get your om and your tone in one! Combine the fitness benefits of yoga and weightlifting in this 45-minute class.
