Michele’s career in the fitness industry spans over 30 years and includes a wide variety of experience, including her current roles as a Personal Trainer, group exercise Instructor, and General Manager of Castle Hill Fitness 360. She is experienced in training all types of clients, including those in cancer treatment or recovery.
 
After getting both hips replaced at age 48, Michele has also become a resource for individuals wanting to prevent, prepare and or/recover from joint replacement and stay active. She won the National Arthritis Foundation’s 2011 Honoree award in recognition of her experience with osteoarthritis.
 
In addition to her work at Castle Hill Fitness, Michele is an Adjunct Associate Professor at Austin Community College, Master Trainer for Total Gym, sits on the Advisory Board for the IHRSA Institute, and is an experienced fitness industry conference presenter.

EXPERIMENTAL IN PERSON CLASS! A 2-week test drive of in-person classes located on the rooftop parking lot Downtown. This invite-only event will help our instructors and clients get a feel for the new future of in-person group fitness.
 
Take this full-body workout to the pavement! Change up the routine with the introduction of new props and add some play back into your workout. Perfect start to the day!
 
Plan to bring: mat and water bottle

VIRTUAL! Barre Above using zoom.us. This unique class mixes the best of aerobics, Pilates, & strength training to sculpt your body and improve posture.

We recommend having a mat and ball or Yoga block available, but not required. For the best experience make sure you have:

-strong internet connection with computer video
-mute yourself when joining the class
-set to speaker view, not gallery view
-mat, towel, and water bottle nearby

Sign-up ends 30-minutes prior to class start time. An email with the class meeting link will be sent 15-minutes before class start time.

Join us for this highly effective, results-driven strength training workout that utilizes adjustable barbells, weight plates, & bodyweight exercises, set to bumping music.

THINGS TO KNOW
We are serious about minimizing exposure to the Coronavirus in our clubs. To that end:
- Bring your mask, wear your mask.
- If this is your first time back to the gym, please read and sign our Protect the Castle agreement.
- Upon arrival, you will have a contactless temperature reading taken and will be asked if you have experienced any of the symptoms for COVID-19.
