Veronika is a group fitness instructor and personal trainer with experience in a wide variety of modalities. She grew up on the West Coast and got a taste for fitness early as a dancer. After dancing professionally in NYC, she realized her true passion for group fitness and personal training and made the career move into the field full time. With musically charged classes, an eye for form, strong passion for mobility and flow influenced by yoga and dance, her background is evident in her classes. Veronika loves to train herself and clients with heavy weights focusing on sustainable strength training. Her goal is to have you working hard but laughing while you do in every class!
