Audra Shimek

Audra loves to teach and share tools that will help her clients feel strong and confident in mind and body. She is a long-time yoga enthusiast and teacher, with a passion for anatomy and working with people in a therapeutic sense. She spent 13 years as a Massage Therapist, gaining hands-on experience with people needing therapy due to a lack of basic, physical activity. This led her to become a yoga and fitness instructor to help people achieve a healthier lifestyle through movement.
Audra is certified in Hot Yoga, Hatha, Vinyasa, Pilates HIIT, and Meditation, and has owned her own yoga studio. She believes in the power of movement therapy, and that every day is a chance to start where you are!
Some fun facts: Audra is also a US Army Veteran, retired Texas Rollergirl, and is everybody's favorite Aunt! When Audra's not at the gym, she's doing yoga, or paddleboarding on the lake, spending time outside, or enjoying a sunset.
