It’s ALL about the beat in this fun-filled cardio class. Challenge yourself in and out of the saddle and watch the sweat come pouring down. Expect to work hard and enjoy every minute. Light weights will be used for a quick blast of high endurance arm work mid-way through class. Emphasis on safe form and proper cycling technique will be taught. All levels.

Each week is a full body workout with Tabata work/rest sessions. This style of training is extremely effective in boosting metabolism and total body conditioning.

Pressed for time, but still want to get it all in? This 45-minute rhythm-based class has it all – cardio, strength, and great music! Challenge your endurance on the spin bike plus increase full-body muscular strength with off-the-bike weight moves. Students must wear sneakers to make transfer from bike to floor safe. All levels.
