Frequently Asked Questions

What is the cancellation policy?

For workshops and series, you can cancel up to 7 days before the start date to receive a full refund. No refunds will be provided if you cancel 48 hours before the event, or no show.

Special Event Classes follow our regular class policy—you can cancel your reservation 4 hours or more before the start time to avoid incurring a cancellation fee or losing a class pass.

Castle Hill Fitness reserves the right to cancel programs at anytime, to which we offer full refunds.

Do I need to register in advance?

Our specialized events have a smaller capacity by nature. Registering as early as possible ensures you a spot. In addition, all events have a set minimum capacity. If the minimum capacity is not hit, the event will be canceled. In that event, all registered attendants would be refunded.

I really want to attend this event, but the date/time won’t work for me. Will you have it again?

We love a repeat performance! Based on attendance, feedback, and instructor availability, we love bringing back events. If you can’t make it, we encourage you to reach out to our Programs Manager to let her know you’d be interested in attending in the future. All your feedback matters!

Do I have to be a member to attend?

Not at all! Our programs are open to everyone. A membership grants you additional benefits, such as discounted pricing.
