Intro to Hoop Dance: Holiday Community Class

IT'S A HOLIDAY HOOP-LA

Hoop Dance is a fun way to add more sparkle and play into your life! In this class, you'll learn beginner hula hooping tricks such as isolations, flips, and escalators before combining them into a short, creative combo set to a festive soundtrack. You'll be ho-ho-hooping all holiday season long! 

Open to all. Participants can expect to move their bodies, learn something new, and have fun! Hula hoops will be provided, or you can bring your own.

ABOUT KELLY

Kelly "Creekanimal" Bach is a psychedelic, prop-spinning, dancing, rainbow kitten. She is passionate about movement, wellness, and art forms of the human body such as yoga, flow arts, & dance. Along with the experience of being a lifelong mover and performer, Kelly brings 10 years of teaching experience to her classes. Her intuitive nature and ability to develop meaningful relationships and to create accessible content for learners of all levels make her classes fun, inspiring, and rewarding.
