Hit the yard to put a fresh spin on your training. Build endurance, strength, and coordination in Tara's outdoor training series. Each week, you'll learn and refine skills using unique equipment—including Indian clubs, battle ropes, jump rope, and sled work—along with athletic drills and explosive movements, before putting it together in fast-paced, high-intensity circuits. Expect continuous movement, dynamic stations, and a challenging, total-body conditioning workout that will boost stamina while building real-world strength. 

All levels welcome, modifications will be provided.
