A HAPPY HOOP HOUR TO INVITE MORE FUN INTO YOUR LIFE
Join Kelly for a fun and energizing way to build strength, coordination, and confidence! Each class begins and ends with a gentle yoga flow to warm up and cool down your body, and improve flexibility and mobility. In between, you'll use the hula hoop to fire up your core and heart rate with dynamic exercises.
Learn how to keep the hoop spinning around your waist while engaging your abs and glutes, and explore creative off-body tricks that challenge your coordination and upper body strength. We'll use weighted fitness hoops and resistance bands to target the core, arms, and shoulders, and lighter daytime hoops to unlock rhythm, flow, and body awareness.
This series is perfect for anyone looking to shake up their workout routine, improve balance, and build functional strength — all while having a blast!
All Levels Welcome. Fitness Hoops will be provided.

Kelly "Creekanimal" Bach is a psychedelic, prop-spinning, dancing, rainbow kitten. She is passionate about movement, wellness, and art forms of the human body such as yoga, flow arts, & dance. Along with the experience of being a lifelong mover and performer, Kelly brings 10 years of teaching experience to her classes. Her intuitive nature and ability to develop meaningful relationships and to create accessible content for learners of all levels make her classes fun, inspiring, and rewarding.
