Learn to relax using the blanket and other supportive props!
Learn the art of supporting your body in all manners of relaxation - from the physical to your nervous system. In this workshop, you’ll gain a deeper bodily awareness, such as how your body orients itself, and what it physically needs. Expect a Restorative-style yoga class, but with more emphasis on how to manage blankets and other props for maximum support. These techniques and postures will help lower cortisol, decrease anxiety and stress, manage pain, and deepen relaxation.
Come learn the art of the blanket and achieve peak coziness! This workshop is all levels and open to all.
