Kori Jones

Kori began her yoga journey over 20 years ago. In 2012 she decided to get her E-RYT 200 and began teaching yoga in 2013. She went on to gain certificates as a “Relax and Renew” trainer with Judith Lasater and as a “Warriors at Ease” trainer, teaching yoga as a tool for military-based trauma. Through yoga, she has enjoyed volunteering to teach with organizations including the Austin Veteran Center and the American Widow Project. While Kori has taught many classes informed by various styles of yoga, her heart aligns most deeply with teaching restorative practices and the exploration of our physical, emotional, and breath bodies so that we may learn to meet ourselves where we are at, in this present moment. Through the development of a well-built foundation for a safe practice, she aims to hold a space for others to explore the inner and outer limits of a well-crafted yoga practice.
