WHAT IS IT?
The program consists of a physical yoga practice, daily meditation, and weekly virtual classes. You'll meet virtually every Saturday at 10am for group check-in and practice. At the end of 6 weeks, you'll meet in person for a full class altogether!
Audra will lead you through a weekly guided meditation on the Insight Timer, and check-in with you virtually or via a private Facebook group.
All levels welcome!
The program is based on Twelve Laws. Over the course of six weeks, the 12 laws are divided into 2-a-week. Each week has a theme, and it is up to the individual to create 3 intentions each week.

Week 2 - Vitality
Law 3: Step out of your comfort zone
Law 4: Commit to growth
Week 3 - Equanimity
Law 5: Shift your vision
Law 6: Drop what you know
Week 4 - Restoration
Law 7: Relax with what is
Law 8: Remove the rocks
Week 5 - Centering
Law 9: Don’t rush the process
Law 10: Be true to yourself
Week 6 - Triumph
Law 11: Be still and know
Law 12: Understand that the whole is the goal
