Receive weekly emailed workout plans including 3 personalized, written running workouts, cross-training options for off-days, and video instructions outlining how the speed or endurance workouts should be performed. All designed to keep you accountable and on track.
Hit the ground running the first week by completing an initial questionnaire, virtual running assessment, and a 15 minute one-on-one phone/video consultation with Hilary to set you up for success. In addition, you will have the opportunity to join a private Facebook group to ask questions and gain insights from this running community, as well as, FREE access to ALL of Hilary's live-streaming classes!

Her running days started as a High School All-State sprinter, turned cross-country collegiate runner, to competitive long-distance runner later in life - even qualifying for the Boston Marathon!
