NEW IN-PERSON CLASSES

MONDAYS 7AM |  Strong and Fierce! with Tara at Downtown

Unleash your inner fierceness! Build strength and endurance in this 45-minute, high-paced class. Every changing circuit will include weight lifting, resistance bands, body weight, jump ropes, and plyometrics.

MONDAYS 8:30AM |  Barefoot Burn with Audra at 360

Get ready to rock out your core! Full body HIIT workout combining, core strengthening, cardio, and TABATA. Low on impact, high on burn! You’ll get off your mat glowing and feeling strong!  

MONDAYS 12:30PM |  Tone and Tabata Express with Keith at Downtown

Tone & Tabata Express! This perfect lunchtime workout has it ALL! Look forward to a full-body strength workout with an all-out Tabata finisher. Push past your comfort level and see results — all with a smile on your face!

TUESDAYS 7:30AM |  Sunrise Power Yoga with Kelly at Downtown

The dynamic mix of sweat and surrender will challenge you to your edge and encourage you to reach your true potential. The Power sequence is a series of postures that flow from one to the next, on breath. Modifications will be offered for less intense and more advanced pose options. The perfect way to start the day!

TUESDAYS 10AM | LIVE! Castle Barre with Veronica at Downtown

Join this energetic workout to tone and sculpt your entire body. Expect a deep muscle burn with low impact and easily modifiable moves!

TUESDAYS 11:30AM |  Barefoot Burn with Audra at Downtown

Get ready to rock out your core! Full body HIIT workout combining, core strengthening, cardio, and TABATA. Low on impact, high on burn! You’ll get off your mat glowing and feeling strong!  

TUESDAYS 5:30PM |  HIIT Cycle with Keith at Downtown

Alternate between sprints and hill climbs on the bike and heart-pounding, total-body circuits using free weights, med balls, resistance bands, and more! Be pushed to your max in this high-intensity class for all, designed to challenge and transform your entire body. 

TUESDAYS + THURSDAYS 6PM |  Total Body Stretch with Keith at Downtown

Flexibility training improves performance, decreases chance of injury, and results in better posture. Enhance your weekly workout routine with 35 minutes of focused, static stretching aimed at helping your body recover from regular cardio, strength, and endurance training. Hold stretches for 1-minute and longer, with a chill music playlist.

WEDNESDAYS 5:15PM |  LIT Cardio with Tara at Downtown

Low impact with high intensity exercise is the magic of LIT classes. Be ready to get your sweat on in this TABATA-inspired class using set work to rest ratio. Challenging, heart-pumping moves without the added pounding on the joints.

THURSDAYS 7:30AM |  Sunrise Flow Yoga with Kelly at Downtown

Flow Yoga incorporates energetic movement through a series of asanas (yoga postures). Experience a sense of fluid physical motions in this mindful flow class. Warm up the body, connect consciously with your breath. Leave feeling centered, invigorated, and ready to meet your day!

THURSDAYS 9:30AM |  Barefoot Burn Strength! with Audra at 360

Turning up the heat! Barefoot Burn Strength utilizes weights, resistance bands, blocks, and sometimes a bench. Class begins with a basic glute & core activation, then multiple circuit blocks to get your muscles fired up and strong!

THURSDAYS 11AM | Foam Roll with Ashley at 360

Foam rolling is great for releasing lactic acid after a heavy workout and for self-massaging built-up tension out of your muscles. Give your body some much needed TLC in this full-body foam roll class!

FRIDAYS 12:30PM |  LIT Up with Tara at Downtown

An energizing class designed to give you the intensity you’re looking for without the impact (no running or jumping)! Build lean muscle while boosting your metabolism. Recommended equipment includes dumbbells, resistance bands, or loop bands, but not required. 

SATURDAYS 9:15AM |  LIVE!* Core Fusion with Celeste at 360

Join this energetic workout that uses a blend of Pilates and strength moves to wake up your core with low-impact and easily modified moves.

 

*LIVE! classes provide an in-person experience while being concurrently live-streamed to our virtual members. Please note that in-person participants may be seen online. Classes are not recorded.

Indoor classes are limited between 8-12 participants and take place in classrooms outfitted with HEPA air-filters, constantly running fans, markers for physical distance, and no shared equipment. Masks are optional for vaccinated staff and clients. In-person classes are included in VIP-level memberships or a la carte without a membership.
